Founded in 1991 by Nicholas Karamatsoukas and Stavros Kalisperis, the Philadelphia Pre-Cooked Steak Company is one of the oldest, largest and best known niche manufacturer of precooked Philly Style Beef, and Chicken products in the world.

We have recently relocated to a brand new 45,000 s.f. USDA inspected facility. The new factory has been designed to meet stringent sanitation requirements and USDA regulations to ensure product quality and food safety. Advanced equipment and technology, a new state-of-the-art facility and decades of work experience provides the Philadelphia Pre-Cooked Steak Company with the flexibility to meet or exceed the needs of any customer.

Currently, Philly Pre-Cooked Steak products are being served and enjoyed in many market sectors including convenience store operations, restaurant chain accounts, sports, entertainment, hospitality, recreation, healthcare, education, corporate and military cafeteria operations.

In 2005, the Philadelphia Pre-Cooked Steak Company was honored with the Sheetz Distribution Center 2005 Vendor of the Year Award. Philadelphia Pre-Cooked Steak Company has been a longtime Sheetz, Inc. vendor, supplying them for over 12 years with a fully cooked Philly Style Sandwich Steak for their Sheetz MTO sandwich program.
